I agree with Chris, except that I would add another TWO hard drives, also
RAID mirrored for redundancy, as your data drive, if the Dell is capable of
doing so (depends upon the RAID controller). You can move the Users Shared
Folders directory to the new logical drive, along with Exchange databases or
some other folders as necessary.
