Michael,
Thanks for your informaiton below. I am not having any problems with our
SBS2003 std servers at all but have a few users who are using XP Home and
only access the server using Outlook 2003. Not all of the users using XP
Home receive the "Exchange is in recovery mode" Connect - Work Offline -
Cancel but a few do. As per your provided link it suggests "To resolve the
problem, delete the existing mail profile and create a new one. The error
message should no longer be displayed."
I removed an affected users account then recreated the account only to
receive the Recovery Mode error. I even went so far as to remove the users
account/reboot the server then recreated it again only to receive the error.
How can I delete and recreated a mail profile to resolve the error?
Best regards,
John
