Hi,

Thanks for updates.

According to your reply, I understand you are using a third part VPN
software. I would like you follow the steps below to test to see if you can
solve the problem:

1. Pointed to the Internal DNS server other than the ISP''s DNS server. To
check the DNS server, please using IPconfig or nslookup.

- Click Start, Run, type CMD
- Type "nslookp"
- Check if the default DNS server''s address is the internal server.

2. Follow the steps in the article below to Force Kerberos to Use TCP
Instead of UDP

244474 How to Force Kerberos to Use TCP Instead of UDP
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=244474

3. Log on locally instead of cached credential and then connect using VPN.
After that, access the mapped drive and input the domain username/password.
Check if you can access the mapped driver. We got the similar problem
report before which is caused by SonicWall and the workaround is logon
locally instead of cached credential.

Additional information, RWW is the remote web workplace for the SBS the
domain users can simply connect to the SBS server only using internet
without VPN, from the RWW they can access the most of the internal resource.

I appreciate your taking the time to perform these tests; if you have any
other questions please let me know. It's my pleasure to be of further
assistance.

Best regards,

Charles Yang (MSFT)
