You're connecting to the server via Remote Desktop Connection/Terminal
Services/RWW, and it's trying to map your local printers to the server so
that you can print locally. Except that there's no suitable driver for the
funny Office pseudo-printer that is installed on your machine.
Turn off printer redirection in your connection to the server.
