I have a server that other than hanging on boot up runs perfectly. I have
found that all of the services related to exchange hang up adn stay in a
status of starting, but never start. If I set them to manual, reboot out of
safe mode it starts up very quickly. I the go to the services page and
manually start them and everything works great! I cannot figure this out. If
someone has had a similar experience please let me know. The first time it
happened I called MS and got charged to find this out. They offered no
solution though.
