Hi Sergei,

Your words "ISP routed outgoing mail is blocked" triggered my attention.
I had similar events though my ISP used to perfectly relay the ougoing mail,
that is, up to a certain point. All worked well as long as I used Outlook
2000. At some point I decided to switch to Outlook 2003. From that moment I
could not get my mail out through the Exchange server. Internet POP/SMTP
directly to the ISP worked, so it was not their fault.
After I found that the problems started after the installation of OL2k3 I
reversed the process and with OL2k everything was working as before.
Since you did not mention which client version of OL you were using I
considered it a probability for you to check this out.

Welmoed.
