Welcome to SBS newsgroup,
>From your description, I understand that you can not see the link to OWA in
the companyweb. If I am off base, please let me know.
Before we go any further, please make sure that you have complete the SBS
setup, could you see the "Continue..SBS setup" shortcut on the server
desktop, if so please click it to complete the SBS setup. Then rerun the
CEICW.
If the problem still existed, it might be caused by the corrupt of some SBS
components. In order to solve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Please uninstall any third part software on the SBS 2003.
2. Is %systemdrive%\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\ClientSetup\Clients\Setup\config.dat present and not read only?
3. If you have ISA installed on the SBS 2003 server please remove it
first, CEICW can be configured without ISA, after these you can install ISA
and rerun CEICW.
4. Rename the Intranet key in
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer
5. Open ''Add/Remove programs'' icon in ''Control panel''. Select
''Windows Small Business Server 2003'' and then click ''Change/Remove''
button.
6. In the setup wizard, click ''Next'' buttons. When the wizard ask
you to choose the SBS components, please set the Server tools and
Administrator tools to ''Reinstall'' reinstalled client applications.
Restart the computer.
7. Rerun the CEICW to publish the OWA , make sure that you also
import the web certificate for the website, for detailed information please
follow the KB below:

Then you can check if you can enter into OWA. If the problem still existed,
please also paste the error message in system log, you can check the log
follow the steps below:
1. Run Eventvwr
2. Check the system log to see if there is any related error event
related to network.
3. Paste the error message to the newsgroup.
You can also check the ICWdetails.htm which contains detailed information
of results when running CEICW. The file is located in
%sbsprogramdir%\Networking\ICW directory.
