Steve-

I just did this last night. You can export the certificate from the server:

Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates >
Trusted Root Cert Auth tab > pick your server's cert from the list & click
Export - be sure to choose DER - once exported copy .CER file to the PDA as
you did ADDROOTCERT.EXE.

*You can actually export this cert from the server or any other PC you've
installed the certificate on.

Install Cert on PDA:
-From File Explorer on PDA, launch AddRootCert.
-Click the Open folder icon at the bottom & choose your cert.
-Click Install Certificate.

Verify it was installed by going to Start > Settings > System > Certificates
- it will be added to the BOTTOM of the list.

Best Wishes,
Jared
