Hi,

Glad to hear for you again.

According to the problem symbol, the issue may cause if the permissions for
the \Exchsrvr\Exchweb folder are incorrect.

To resolve this issue, give the Authenticated Users group access to the
\Exchsrvr\Exchweb folder:
1. Start Microsoft Windows Explorer and navigate to the Exchsrvr\Exchweb
folder.
NOTE: The default location on a new installation of Exchange 2000/2003 is
C:\Program files\Exchsrvr\Exchweb. When you upgrade from Exchange Microsoft
Server 4.0 or 5.x, the default location of the folder is
C:\Exchsrvr\Exchweb.

2. Right-click the Exchweb folder and click Properties.

3. Click the Security tab. NOTE: If the Security tab is missing, you are
not using an NTFS formatted drive. If this is the case, this issue is not
caused by incorrect permissions.

4. Verify that the Authenticated Users group has the following permissions:

       - Read and execute
       - List folder contents
       - Read

5. If the Authenticated Users group is not listed, click Add to include the
Authenticated Users group in the list of users with permissions.

6. After you have given the proper permissions to the Authenticated Users
group, click OK.

If this is not the case, please make sure Directory browsing isn't enabled
and check Documents tab to see if default document is still enabled
properly. To check that:
Open server management -> IIS -> expand to default web site -> right click
on the exchange virtual directory and select properties

If a normal aspx page doesn''t work as well, please try to run
aspnet_regiis.exe -i to re-register ASP.net with IIS. Refer to the
following article:

306005 How To Repair IIS Mapping After You Remove and Reinstall IIS
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=306005

If the above efforts do not help, please reinstall the IIS, to do so,
please refer to the following article:

How to re-install Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 in Windows Small
Business Server 2003

If the issue still persists, please help me collect the following
information:

1. Are there any event logs related to this issue?

2. Can you use OWA well on the SBS server?

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know.
It's my pleasure to be of assistance.

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
