Glad to hear from you.
According to your description, I understand that you want to access the FTP
outside the domain. If I am off base, please let me know.
Just as Jeff explained, it might be caused by the firewall setting. In
order to isolate the problem, please help gather the information below:
1. Please rerun CEICW to make sure FTP is selected on the "Services
Configuration" page when running the CEICW for detailed steps please refer
to the following KB:

2. What kinds of error message you got when you connect to the FTP?
3. Which method is used to connect the FTP, can you connect to the FTP
using the IP address?
4. Is there any hardware firewall install on your SBS?
5. Which edition of SBS you use, premium or standard?
