1. Happens on all Treo 650's.
2. Works just fine on a PPC Phone Edition so I know the Exchange side is
setup correctly.

I know this is a Palm issue but when I called them, they tell me that it is
a Microsoft issue. I call MS and am told it is a Palm issue. Got the finger
pointing game going. Do you know who I can contact at Palm other than their
lousy "india-speaking" support?

The Treo does not use client-side ActiveSync 3.X so what is the point?
