Thanks for your reply Jerry. You are correct to stating that I want to
disable the sync with an external source.

I do have a follow-up question regarding your post though. I'm fin e with
importing an unchanged registry key, but what about the other keys that were
changed in my following KB816042? Do I need to import those unchanged keys
as well or does it matter once the NTP key is restore to its default state?
