Hi Thaddeus,

I believe Mark is correct. For power users, they have been granted greater
administrative privilege.

Please follow Mark's instruction to check the permission settings on the
shared folders.

Please also make sure that the Power Users have permission on the software
you mentioned. If the software installation created any registry keys,
please also makes sure that the Power Users have appropriate permission on
the registry. Please contact the software's provider to check out.
