Hi Andy,

Not installed SP4 yet???? Man, you like to live dangerous.
Get the SBS SP1a download and install it. It has SP4 for W2k, SP3 for
Exchange and some other fixes.
Stop all 3rd party services and disconnect from the internet before
applying.
Then yes, install SP2 for ISA and the ms04-039.
