Hi all,

Have emailed E92 plus here in the UK also but just in case anyone here can
point us in the right direction with this.

Trend CSM for SMB
Server updating from Internet fine - set to hourly
Desktop clients all updating fine
4 x laptop clients [all XP Pro SP2] - set to roaming mode and to use
scheduled update

I am concerned that the laptop clients don't seem to be updating themselves
from Trend's internet servers direct while disconnected from our LAN.
Needless to say, there is next to nothing in the Trend help files on the
Server or Client that makes it 100% clear as to how to ensure this is
correctly configured. They update fine when they connect back to our LAN.

Can anyone point us in the correct direction here? I simply want the laptops
to update [from memory, scheduled setting is for 15 mins] from the Internet
when connected outwith our LAN set-up.
