I think the best approach if you need a solution right now is treat each
site independently. It is usually a good idea to test a new patch "in
house" first, so I would recommend running a SUS server on your own network,
updating aggressivly, then waiting a week before ticking any boxes on your
sites. Should take no more than an hour to get an RDP session to each site
& approve updates.
