Hi Bryce,

Maybe I have misunderstood your concern. What I provide for your first
question is for locking down the user but not the loging off.

If you want to enable the log off, here have an article for this:

How To Force Users to Quit Programs and Log Off After a Period of
Inactivity in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314999

If you want to automatic log off when using RWW, the RWW provide the
feature by default.

If there is no action from an external user after a set period of time
(Default: 10 minutes), the session will time out and the user will have to
log on again in order to use the site. On an internal SBS client computer,
the timeout is set to 20 minutes to allow for longer uninterrupted sessions
in order to prevent losing established remote desktop connections or e-mail
in progress. One minute before expiration, users are prompted to confirm to
continue the session with a pop-up Yes/No window. This window appears above
all others, and remains displayed for one minute. The text is as follows:

Your Remote Web Workplace session is about to expire due to inactivity. Do
you want to continue using the site?

If the user does not respond after one minute, the pop-up window will
disappear, and the user will be signed out. If the user selects No, the
user is signed out. If the user selects Yes, the timer is reset to its
internal or external limit appropriately.

If there is anything else that I can do for you, please feel free to
contact me, and I will be happy to help!

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
