Question: Is there a Microsoft "best practice" resource/white paper
having guidelines about when certain types of GPOs should be applied to
computers rather than users and vice-versa?

One other issue worth mentioning. There are two domain group policies
both named "Default Domain Policy." When I rename one group policy, I
notice that the other also is renamed and when I make group policy
changes to one it is duplicated in the other. I'd like to delete the
duplicate but I'm afraid by deleting one I will delete both of them.
What's the best way to handle this?
