Hi,

Check this out from Charles Yang:

>From description I understand that you can not finish the" Configure Remote
Access Wizard" with an error 800703EB. This error message can be converted
to 'the port information cannot be saved'. Here, I would like to give you
the following action plan:

1. If you are using the SBS with RRAS, please following the steps below:
a. Unattached all modems from the SBS server.

b. Open Device Manager | Modem, delete all modems.

c. Open Control Panel, double click Phone and Modem Options, click Modems
tab, delete all modems, and then click OK.

d. Reboot the machine.

e. Attach all modems to the SBS server

f. Open Control Panel, double click Phone and Modem Options, click Modems
tab, and then click Add button to add modems one by one.

g. Reconfigure RRAS settings to see if the problem is resolved.

2. It maybe caused by SQL server, please try to do the step below to see if
the problem solve.

In the RRAS MMC, if the SQL server was listed and configured to accept
logging from RRAS.
Please disabled the SQL server logging options, to see the problem is
solved or not.

I hope the above information helps. If you have any other questions or
concerns, please feel free to let me know.

Have a nice weekend!
