Stuck in the pending Delivery que ?

Running Trend CSM ??

Check their website for a hotfix.

Ususally I was able to clear it by shutting down TREND, and rebooting.
Although I bet someone up here would know exactly which exchange services to
stop and restart rather than reboot.
