Hi Carlos,
I am happy to hear from you.
As you described, I understand that when you logon on the OWA, you will
encounter an error "Page cannot be displayed". If I misunderstood your
concern, please let me know.
In order to isolate the problem, please follow the steps below to perform
the tests and gather information:
1. If you logon the RWW from the SBS server, is there any error
message.
2. Which URL is used to connect to your SBS server?
3. Could you try to access other websites from SBS server?
4. Please paste the recent IIS log information to the public
newsgroup.
5. Please also run IPconfig/all on the server side and client side
and paste the results to the public newsgroup.
6. Could you check if you installed any third part software on the
SBS 2003. If so please temporally stop them to see if the problem can be
resolved.
7. Could you send the email through outlook properly, if so, please
create a new virtual directory for temporally test to see if we can logon
on the OWA. For the steps to create a new virtual directory please follow
the steps below:
A. Open "Exchange System Manager", navigate to "Servers"\<Server
Name>\"Protocols"\
B. Right-click "HTTP"-->"New"-->"HTTP Virtual Server".
C. In the new http virtual server properties, input the new VS name
such as "Exchange2", Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
D. In the new virtual server properties, select "Mailboxes for SMTP
domain", click "Modify" button to select the served SMTP domain name. Click
"OK" to finish the creating (The form based authentication function is not
enabled. If you need this function, you need assign a certificate on the
web site in IIS. You should refer to the steps F)
E. Right-click the newly created virtual server, click
"New"-->"Virtual Directory". In the VD properties, input the name
"Exchange", select "Mailboxes for SMTP domain". Click "Modify" to select
the served domain. Click "OK" to close the dialog box. Right-click the
virtual server again and also create a new virtual directory named "Public"
for the "Public folder".
F. Open "Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager" console, you
will find the new web sites in "web sites" folder. If you want to enable
SSL on these OWA sites or you want to use "Forms Based Authentication"
function, you need to assign the certificates on these web sites. You may
refer:
816794 HOW TO: Install Imported Certificates on a Web Server in Windows
Server 2003.

G. After doing this, you can use SSL to connect to the OWA sites. If
you want to enable form based authentication, go to the properties of the
virtual servers in Exchange System Manager console, click "Settings" tab
and check this option.
8. If the problem still existed, please clear the IIS server side
cache, follow the steps below to clear the IIS cache:
A. On the SBS server, open Windows Explorer, navigate to
''%systemroot%\ IIS Temporary Compressed Files\''.
B. Delete all files in this folder.
C. Go to the client site. Open Internet Explorer. Click
''Tools''-->''Options''. In the temporary internet files area, click
''Delete files'' button.
9 Please type "iisreset" to reset IIS.
10 Please make sure that you have applied the newest updates for SBS
2003, please download the updates from the following link:
