Thank you for posting here.

Based on your description, I'm still not very clear about the symptom of
the issue. To clarify the problem, please attach a screen shot of the
problematic page and post it as an attachment.

I also recommend you to make sure that the modem is compatible with Windows
Server 2003 and the driver is up-to-date.

[Note] To check the Windows Server 2003 HCL, please visit
http://www.microsoft.com/hcl.

You may consider uninstall the modem, and reinstall it with the latest
driver.

If you have any update, please feel free to post back.
