Hi Stuart,

Thank you for posting back.

It seems that the summary log files were not being created properly. I'd
like to provide you with the following info:

1. Please make sure that you've installed the latest ISA service pack (SP2)
on the server; then, make sure that Administrators and the System account
has been granted full control permission on C:\Temp folder.

2. Please check Event Log for any related (ISA reporting) error info. Then,
let me know what you find out.

3. Check Log Files.

Check the permissions on the log file directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft
ISA Server\ISASummaries/ISALogs/ISAReports). System should have write
access at least. Enable everyone as a test.

Please also temporary disable all anti-virus software (or file monitoring
software) on the server for testing proposal.

4. Check the ILS Summary Files.

Please let me know whether there's no .ils file at all, or only the file is
only 129,024 bytes (empty ils file). If it does not exist, please try the
following steps as well:

a) Use REGEDIT to save the key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Reports"
b) Stop the ISA Control Service and any dailysum.exe and repgen.exe process.
c) Then delete the two keys under the key mentioned in step a) -
LastDailySummaryDate - LastMonthlySummaryDate
d) Restart the ISA processes again.
e) Go into Scheduled Tasks and right click on the IsaDailySummary task and
choose run.
f) Check the DailySum task.
g) See if a new ILS file is generated.
h) See if any Event Logs are generated.

Please go ahead to verify the above suggestions.

If you have any update, please feel free to post back.
