Hi Susan, yes I have introduced myself to the control panel and have some
experience in the event viewer under w2k pro and server, very limited - I've
gone thru the MCSE study guides but have had no hands on experience in
dealing with 'issues' - i'm only book smart, and them smarts i'm talking
about don't include recent software the likes of SBS. we're on vancouver
island up 'ere in canader.

i'll check out the book you've suggested.

thanks,

- yo, what's the CPA stand for?
