If you have port 80 open on the server to allow those on the outside to
view this web the designer could publish using FrontPage. You would have to
give them a username/password and if your server was set for Integrated
Windows Authentication in IIS the password and username would be sent over
the Internet more securely than with ftp. Most here in this group would
advise against using SBS to host a company web because of security reasons.
Are you wanting a custom design for your Intranet site or for an Internet
site? FrontPage is very accommodating when working with SharePoint webs and
you could make a very functional web site using it.
