The Risk Assessment warning relating to Application Shutdown is because you
don't have the optional etra-cost APC agents to shutdown Exchange and SQL
automatically prior to shuttng down the whole server after a power failure.
In my opinion you don't need them, the server shutdown is quite orderley -
APC's just trying to upsell you.
