Hi,

Nice to hear from you again.

1. Does the senders of those undelivered mails get NDRs? If they do, what
is the content of NDR?

2. What did the local admin set in the ESM as the local admin? (Make sure
that you did not select the receive internet email option)

3. Have you re-run the CEICW as I mentioned in the first post for this
thread?

4. On your SBS Server, enable Message Tracking by opening the property page
of the server object in Exchange System Manager. After that, reproduce the
problem. Make sure the mail is downloaded by POP3 connector and then use
the Tools -> Message Tracking Center in Exchange System Manager to search
the e-mail that you just send out. Double-click the search result to bring
up the "Message History" window. Maximize this window and take a screen
shot of it. Please attach the screen shot in this thread.

Please kindly post back if there's anything still unclear or you have
concerns with, thanks!

By the way, it is very nice to work with you.

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
