Hi Richard,

Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup.

Based on your description, I understand that there's no evidence about the
lost email in "Junk E-mail", "Bad mail", or "Message Tracking Center".

If this is true, it means the e-mail had never reached to your Exchange
server. In other words, the e-mails from certain senders or domains were
not able to be delivered to your Exchange server.

Since the e-mail has been dropped on its way, in this scenario, I recommend
you to contact your ISP to help you tracking the e-mails from Computer
Associate. In doing so, you will get the most qualified support and figure
out the root cause in timely manners.

[Note] One more thing, to make sure that the email is not blocked by your
Exchange, please also check whether there has any restrictions on the SMTP
Virtual Server.
