Hi
First let me apologize, I know I have read a couple of posts on this, but I
cannot seem to find them anymore.
I have installed SBS 2003 Standard, and have had it running fine with no
problems for 2 months now. I have had 10 staff members using the new
companyweb without any issue (apart from the usual "USER" problems).
But on Monday we had 2 new staff members start, I have set these up on the
system, but when both try to access companyweb, it keeps asking them for
their username and password , then after 3 attempts it display's a not
authorized page and the usual request for authorization page - I have
authorized them both but it still happens.
I think its because, although the user is in the system, has an email
mailbox et al, their names are not in the Active Directory, but from memory
I never physically put the other users in their, they just appeared when I
created them.
I have the DNS Event 4015 in my Event viewer, but this was 3 weeks ago, the
DNS Service is started, and all the other users are working fine.
Should I just add these 2 users into the Active Directory ???
Would a system re-boot be a worthy exercise ???
Many Thanks for any assistance you can offer & Kindest Regards
Ken.
