Thank you for response!
When completing the upgrade I did run the "Upgrade Client Computers" task
from the To Do List which also assigns the client applications to install.
In the end of this task it prompts:
"To complete client setup go to the client computer and log on. If the
client computer is already logged on, log off and then log on again."
I logged on to the client computer but the installation of assigned
applications (Outlook 2003) didn't start.
I'm able to go to http://servername/ and from this page
browse My Company's Internal Web Site, log on to Remote Web Workplace. But
when I click the Network Configuration Wizard link I get:

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied.
HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

I'm logged on as a Domain Administrator and local computer administrator.
