Can you give a more complete description of what you're trying to
accomplish? Is this a one-time thing, or something you'll be doing
frequently? Members of domain admins could just go to a Run line and type
\\computername\c$ to access the whole C drive remotely, then drag-and-drop
files over, but that's not a very elegant solution if you're going to be
updating something frequently.
