Hi Richard,

Thanks for your posting!

By default when user log on the domain from their workstations, he should
be able to access companyweb without being prompted for user names and
passwords. So, please help me collect the following information:

1. Create a new SBS domain user account with administrator permission.
Logon the domain from your own client pc and other's, then access
companyweb see what happens.

2. What is the problematical user account name?

3. Make sure that you have logged on the domain but not the local.

4. Delete the problematical user account on the SBS domain and then
recreate it. Does the issue persist?

Meanwhile, please perform the following steps to make sure that your
Internet Explorer's security settings are correct:

1. Log on the Windows XP computer with the user's account.

2. Launch Internet Explorer and click Tools->Internet Options.

3. Click the Security tab.

4. In the list box, highlight the "Internet" icon and click the "Custom
Level" button.

5. In the Security Settings dialog box, scroll down to the buttom. You
should see the User Authentication\Logon entry. Make sure "Automatic logon
only in intranet zone" is selected and then click OK.

6. Highlight the "Local intranet" icon and click the Sites button. Make
sure all three boxes are checked. If the "Default Level" button is not
dimmed, click it.

7. Click OK and check if the issue disappears.

If the issue still occurs, please go to Tools->Internet Options again,
click the Security tab, this time highlight "Trusted sites" and click the
"Sites" button. Add the intranet site "http://companyweb" (without the
quotation marks) into the list and click OK. If you are prompted that the
site should have a "https://" prefix, please uncheck the "Require server
certificate (https:) for all sites in this zone" box. Click the "Default
Level" button to reset the security settings to default if it is not
dimmed. Click OK and then check if everything is OK. For more information,
