Charles,

Thank you for the advice. I did obtain and apply the hotfix you found. I'd
be interested in comparing my current folder permissions to the default
folder permissions on a working server. Unfortunately, I only have the one
server. If you or anyone else has a list or a link for that info I'd be very
grateful. I did a little searching, but haven't found one yet. I do think
you are on the right track. When I try to start the license logging service
I get an 'access denided' error. If only I knew where and what permissions
to set.
