Yes,

Look into installing SUS for the 'Windows Updates'. There are some really
great articles about how to do this. You can go a google search to find
them.

Look into doing an Administrative Installation of Office 2003 and using this
AIS( Administrative Installation Point ) as the source for the GPO.

These are all very basic Admin tasks. I might suggest that you mess with
these in a lab before doing on a production environment. I have a feeling
that you do not have an IT person in your company and that you are doing
this because you can format MS Word documents and create pivot tables in MS
Excel! ;-)

Never a bad thing to jump in and do things to save the company some money.
But you can also really mess things up....and this will cost a lot more than
hiring someone who is much more qualified to do this ( no offense to you
intended ).

If you go into the Group Policy news group simply search for my name as I
have laid out how to do this ( as well as some of the pitfalls that the
inexperienced are likely to make ) several times.....

If you have more questions you know where to reach us! And do not hesitate
to e-mail me. I have no problems with that if things get too specific to
your environment ( meaning, the general use of the posts will not benefit
anyone any more as we are dealing with issues specific to your
environment ).
