I do have him set up with different accounts for work and home. I have been
able to duplicate the problems here by not connecting him to the server (just
pull out the cable). His problems exist whether or not I log him in with his
domain account or the local. Does the mere presence of the local cause the
problem?

He is a CPA and does accounting work for more than this business - so
essentially his laptop is his QuickBooks Pro server. He LOVES his AOL
account.
 He is the CEO:(

I will try to remove the local account and see what happens. Thanks!
