I have smb 2003 active directory installed. there are 12 pcs connected to the
server. Users are created in the directory, each user name is same as
machine name and password is also same as user name or machine name.Server
has administrative password. I want each pc to be open in Mynetwork Place
withought entering user name or password how can i do so ?

All the Client PC's in the network have blank administrative password.
