Good Morning Charles (It is in the UK)

Many thanks for your reply, I have followed the steps as instructed to
resolve this problem. I will post the results tomorrow as I have set the
backup to run after business hours today.

The tape drive is a HP C5683A DAT Drive, I do not believe there should be
any compatibility issues.
