Trend Console session conflict

When using the web interface for Trend CSM and trying to use some of the
options in ScanMail for Exchange I get either a Console session conflict or
at times a Session timed out error and it wants me to log in again. I can
click on the ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange link on the left of the
OfficeScan menu and it opens the ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange page where
the link is displayed for ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange Management. I
click on the myserver.mydomain.local link and it opens a different window
with Welcome to Trend Micro ScanMail for Exchange screen. Everything is good
up to this point. When clicking on some of the menus at this point is when
the conflict or timed out messages occur. Anything that I can do to fix this
behavior? There are times that I can use this without any problems and other
times it seems bent on giving the errors.

Thanks
Jeff
