I use the same record that is used for my MX record. If my MX points at an A
record named 'mail', and my domain name is acme.com, then the FQDN for the
server (externally) is mail.acme.com.

You want to use the same name that is on the SSL certificate that you either
generated when running the Internet Connseciton Wizard (or purchased).

If your users are using an OS on their phones that is not Windows Mobile
2003, you'll need a real SSL cert (won't work with the self gernerated cert
unless you disable SSL - which you DON'T want to do)

If you need an SSL cert, they're pretty cheap at IntantSSL.com (~$125 for
three years)
