Hey Brian.

You can do this through Group Policy, either on the single workstation,
or you can set if up in one of the domain policies. The setting you're
looking for is:

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings ->
Local Policies -> Security Options -> Interactive Logon: Do not dispay
last user name.
