Hi Susan,
Thanks for your response. I can confirm that the issue is now dealt with by
obtaining an updated Disk 3. However, I *was* applying the patch as mentioned
(832880) and we are running this install on a SCCSI RAID5 based system.
I was expecting to see at least the _vti_pvt, aspnet_client, wpresources and
web.config files in c:\inetpub\companyweb. After the failed install this
folder was entirely empty, and wodered if it would be as simple as restoring
the contents from backup.
