Hi Boydo,
Your initial message wasn't completely clear, so there you have the
confusion.
Check and double check the setting on the mailbox store, tab limits. Check
and double check the settings in Global Settings. Check and double check the
Exchange settings on the users in AD.
What seems to be the maximum delivery limit?
