One - Yes, HfNetChkPro is great for scanning to tell you what patches are
missing, and deploying those patches - but you still need to review the
patches / bulletins and determine how they affect your installation.
Two - When you're looking at the scan results, you should be able to
right-click on the line 'Missing Service Pack...' and select Deploy | Latest
