BS 2003 & Windows Server 2003 Security Guide

How secure is SBS2003 after running all of the wizards? Should an IT
administrator be prudent and apply the "appropriate" recommendations put
forth in the Windows Server 2003 Security Guide to further harden the SBS2003
environment?
