Hello,
1) You do not need to link a computer to a specific user. By default all
users can log into all client computers on the domain. You may want to
manually add the user to the local administrators group on the client uf
you want the user to be able to install software.
2) If you want to use the same name you will need to remove the old
computer first. If you want to use different names that old computer does
not need to be removed. However I would still remove it at some point just
so the list does not become cluttered.
3) Yes, as long as the user's mail is stored in Exchange (this is default)
they will be able to access their mail from the new computer once they log
on and connect Outlook to the Exchange server.
