Sure,
In Group Policy, there is a GPO named Small Business Server Windows
Firewall. Right click and choose Edit. Drill down to Computer
Configuration | Administative Templates | Network | Network Connections |
Windows Firewall | Domain Profile, and you can alter port definitions,
program exceptions, etc.
