If you simply change Domain Users on all computers to be "Guests", I think
their profiles will get deleted when they logoff.
If this isn't enough privledges on PC's for the users, I'm not sure what
else you can do. You may be able to make them Guests and Admins or Power
Users, and because they are still guests, the local policy will still delete
their profile.
