Hi Bill,

Thanks, for your response. As a test I opened all the ports on my router but
I'm still getting the same authentication problem. When I access the ftp site
from the LAN side everything seems to work fine. I did run CEICW and checked
ftp. In the properties the ftp is set to "all assigned ports" should this
point to a particular NIC or IP?
