For the SBS 4.5/2000, regarding the IIS lockdown tool, please refer to the
KB article:
311862 How to Use The IIS Lockdown Tool with Small Business Server

For the SBS 2K3, the IIS 6 has been totally redesigned and there is no need
for a wizard based lockdown tool as the feature of "locked down" has been
integrated
in IIS6 and enabled by default.
If you need further assistance about IIS lockdown info for IIS 6.0, you can
also post the question to IIS newsgroups.
