It seems you are not using Exchange to get mail from you provider
if I understand you let your station go pick their mails on provider
server.
In this case on the Protocol Rules you can find a rules "Small Business
Internet Access Protocole Rule" that it is used by the station, in this
rule you have only for protocol FTP Download, Gopher, HTTP and
HTTPS, you can add POP3 and SMTP and normally the door will
be opened.
But please, do not send 6 Mo of data over SMTP is not made this.
Better educate you customer to use ftp or other stuff more appropriated.
